Eduard Timershin was born on August 4, 1966 in Sverdlovsk (now Yekaterinburg). He studied playing the trumpet at the music school N.5, Yekaterinburg, in the class of the well-known teacher in the Urals, G.N. Nikolaev, and then at the Special Music School at the Ural State Mussorgsky Conservatory, Yekaterinburg, the class of Professor Valentin Pavlovich Ivukin.
      In connection with the family’s relocation to the capital of Uzbekistan, Tashkent, since 1982 he continued his studies in the trumpet class in the class of Professor Vasily Fedorovich Pulatov at the Republican Secondary Special Musical School named after. Uspensky at the Tashkent State Conservatory named after M. Ashrafi.
In 1984, he won the First Prize at the Republican Competition of Performers on Brass Instruments in Bukhara, Uzbekistan.
      After graduating from school in 1985, he continued his studies in the class of Professor V.F. Pulatov at the Tashkent State Conservatory named after M. Ashrafi.
During his studies at the conservatory in 1988, he participated in the USSR Competition of Performers on Brass Instruments in Minsk.
       In 1989, as part of the brass band of the Uspensky Secondary Special Music School, he took part in the International Brass Band Competition, Ostrava, Czechoslovakia, where the band received the 1st Prize Diploma for the music program and the Grand Prix for the march parade.
       In 1990, in the International competition of performers on brass instruments, he received a 4th degree Diploma in Alma-Ata (Kazakhstan).
       Since 1989, he began his career as a professional trumpeter in the National Symphony Orchestra of Uzbekistan, then worked at the National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater named after Navoi, in the State National Variety Big Band named after B. Zakirov.
       In parallel with his active concert activity, Eduard taught trumpet at the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan, as well as at the Tashkent International School of Uzbekistan (The English School, Tashkent, Uzbekistan),
       Since 2008 he lives in Kuwait, where he works under a contract and teaches trumpet at the Higher Institute of Musical Arts.
       Eduard takes a permanent part in the concert activity of Kuwait as a soloist and as a member of various ensembles, brass quintet and orchestras.
       As part of local orchestras, he took part in tours in many Arab countries, such as Morocco, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar. 
       Since 2011 – Member of the International Trumpet Guild.
